These terms govern your use of the iScope Shield Guard Discord bot ("Bot") and the iScope web platform ("Service").

1. Acceptance

By using the Bot or Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

iScope Shield Guard monitors your in-game peace shield timer (via the iScope scanning platform) and sends Discord DM alerts before your shield expires. The Bot is provided as-is for informational purposes.

3. No Guarantees

• Alerts depend on scan data availability and timing. We do not guarantee alerts will arrive before shield expiry.
• Scanner data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.
• The Bot relies on Discord's API — delivery delays are outside our control.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide your correct in-game player name when linking.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining your in-game shields.
• Do not abuse the Bot or attempt to exploit it.

5. Data Collection

We store your Discord user ID and in-game player name for the purpose of delivering alerts. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

iScope and its operators are not liable for any in-game losses, including but not limited to being "zeroed," losing troops, resources, or in-game progress due to missed alerts, delayed scans, or service outages.

7. Termination

We may discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. You may unlink at any time using /unlink.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
